Romantic dinner
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Candles, soft lighting, pleasant music, and delicious food—what could be better for spending time with your loved one? For such an important occasion, the dishes should be light and tasty, so that at the end of the evening you'll still have enough energy for a delightful continuation. I think a dinner of rice and seafood will provide pleasant satisfaction. The finished dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Rinse the shrimp and remove the intestinal tract, but leave the tails intact, then dry them with a towel. Place the shrimp in a baking dish, drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add paprika, and refrigerate.
- 2
Step 2
Place butter in a skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, and cook for 2–3 minutes. In a separate saucepan, heat the broth, then add wine to it.
- 3
Step 3
Rinse the rice and place it in a frying pan; sauté for two minutes, then gradually add warm broth one cup at a time (do not add the next cup until the previous one has almost been absorbed by the rice).
- 4
Step 4
While the rice is slowly cooking, place the shrimp in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
- 5
Step 5
When the rice is fully cooked, add grated Parmesan, half of the chopped parsley bunch, and salt and pepper to taste.
- 6
Step 6
Arrange the rice on plates, garnish with shrimp and chopped herbs.
