Rolls in Batter
Description
The rolls in batter fry very quickly, in 1–2 minutes. You’ll end up with hot battered rolls. I love rolls, but I like the hot version best of all—the main thing is to start eating them right away, without letting them cool down! Of course, battered rolls should be served with soy sauce, and hot broth goes very well with them. I suggest rolling the rolls without any special tools, but if you have them, by all means use them. You can also lay the seaweed sheet on plastic wrap and roll the log using the film. Don’t forget to serve spicy sauces with the battered rolls. Good luck, and it can be served warm or chilled.
