Canned tuna rolls
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. A wonderful recipe! An important role in it is played by the rice blend (brown + round-grain). It turns out not only very tasty, but also healthy. After all, unpolished rice retains the most beneficial micronutrients. In this recipe, one of the roll components is canned tuna. It should be combined with sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar, heating it in a frying pan. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Step 1

1. Before making rolls with canned tuna, mix short-grain rice and brown rice. Rinse the rice until the water is completely clear. Pour cold water over it in a 1:2 ratio. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat. Cook covered for ten minutes. Remove from the heat. Pour in sesame oil. Cover again and let it stand until cooled. Meanwhile, cut the cucumber, carrot, and daikon into thin strips.
