Tuna Rolls

Description

Perfect for the table and with drinks. The sushi turns out delicious, with a mild kick. Don't forget to serve pickled ginger, wasabi, and daikon with the rolls. Also serve the appetizer at the table.

   Step 1

   Place the nori on the sushi mat.

   Spread the pre-prepared sushi rice in the center of the nori.

   Mix the mayo with wasabi powder to make wasabi mayo. Spread the resulting mixture on the rice on the nori.

   Place a row of tuna, cucumber, and avocado on the rice.

   Roll the nori using a mat, and moisten the farthest edge of the exposed nori to form a seal. Cut into portions.
