Fish and Cream Cheese Rolls
Description
This recipe won't take much time. If you love Japanese cuisine, I recommend checking out this recipe. Rolls with tuna and cream cheese are ready in one hour. The filling can be anything to your taste. This recipe uses red fish, cream cheese, shrimp, and cucumber. All these ingredients classically go well together, and together with rice, nori, and soy sauce, you get a delicious dish. Serve with greens and sauce.

Step 1

1. One of the simplest ways to make rolls at home. For the filling, I used lightly salted pink salmon, cream cheese, shrimp, and cucumber. First, cook the rice: rinse it 7–9 times until the water runs clear, then cook at a 1:1 ratio (once the water boils, you can set it up as a bain-marie). Add a tablespoon of rice vinegar to the hot rice.
