Rolls with nori and trout
Description
It works both for a holiday and for everyday meals. In kitchens around the world, rolls enjoy well-deserved popularity. As it turns out, making them at home is quite easy if you have a bamboo mat (you cannot do without it). The rice is boiled in advance, and the filling can be anything to your taste. People even make sweet rolls! In this case, these are rolls with nori and trout. They can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Cook the rice in the usual way: rinse the raw rice at least 7 times, then cook it at a 1:1 ratio, drain in a colander, and add a little rice vinegar. The rice must cool completely.

Step 2

2. For the specified amount of rice, we will need only 2 sheets of nori. For sushi, I use cream cheese (sometimes I even substitute it with processed cheese).

Step 3

3. I have a small bamboo mat, and I'm very used to it. So, line it with plastic wrap, place a sheet of nori on top (rough side facing inward), and spread rice on it in an even layer. The thicker the layer of rice, the larger the finished rolls will be.

Step 4

4. Then add a layer of cheese, sliced cucumber, a crab stick, and fish. You can also add avocado, crab sticks, etc., to taste.

Step 5

5. Then roll using a bamboo mat. Shape into the usual form. Then remove the plastic wrap and, with a sharp, wet (!!!) knife, cut the rolls to the desired size.

Step 6

6. From the specified amount of ingredients, you get 3 hearty portions of this favorite Japanese dish.
