Rolls with kiwi
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the water and rinse the noodles under cold water, then dry them with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix the noodles with mint and 1 tablespoon of honey. To prepare the sauce, whisk the remaining 3 tablespoons of honey, lime juice, chili, and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Set aside. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft, about 30 seconds. Place it on a working surface. On each sheet, place 1/8 of the sliced kiwi, 1/8 of the noodles, and 1/8 of the peanuts at one end. Roll them up. Cover with a damp towel until ready to serve. Repeat with the remaining rolls. Cut the rolls in half. Serve with the sauce. The finished dessert is ready to be served.
