Rolls without Rice
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. Instead of high-calorie cream cheese or curd cheese, use soft fat-free cottage cheese. Season it to taste and place it in a small bag. Snip off the corner of the bag and pipe the low-fat curd into the rolls. Very convenient. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat the eggs with a spoonful of water and soy sauce. Bake thin egg crepes and, while still hot, roll them into loose rolls. Let cool.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the salad leaves and dry them well. Cut the cucumber into sticks. Cut the salmon into strips. Mix the soft cream cheese with salt; add a little wasabi to taste if you like.
- 3
Step 3

Lay out a sheet of nori. Place two lettuce leaves on it with the edges facing outward. On top, lay a strip of cream cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Place the egg roll on top, with cucumber strips along the edges. Add a little more cottage cheese and pieces of salmon on the roll.
- 5
Step 5

Roll the roll tightly, moistening the edge of the nori with water and pressing it down. Prepare the remaining rolls the same way. With a sharp wet knife, trim the uneven ends of the rolls and cut them into even pieces.
- 6
Step 6

Place the rolls on a plate, add wasabi and soy sauce, and enjoy!
