1. First, combine the flour sifted with starch and powdered sugar. Add the butter cut into cubes.

4. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough quite thinly. Cut out about 50 small rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
