Description

This dessert is not only delicious but also healthy, especially since something light and airy is perfect after a hearty dinner. Cottage cheese and banana cookies with oat flakes are an ideal choice. Inside each cookie there's a surprise: a hazelnut, dried apricot, or prune. This treat is perfect for those on a diet or watching their nutrition. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
