The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows, butter, food coloring, and almond extract. Stir over low heat until smooth. Remove the mixture from heat and gently stir in corn flakes. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper in the shape of a Christmas tree. 2. Decorate the tree with red candies (as Christmas ornaments) and use chocolate candies to create something resembling a tree trunk. Chill in the refrigerator for a while, then serve. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
