
Plum Crescent Rolls
Description
Perfect with tea or coffee. You can use plums of any variety to make these crescent rolls. Knead the dough with water or with milk and added butter, and it will turn out richer. The crescent rolls can be made in any size.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour warm water into a bowl, add salt and sugar. Stir.

Add the yeast.

Add high-grade flour.

Knead the dough by hand.

Leave it in a warm place for an hour. Cover the bowl with a towel on top.

Then knead the dough again, place it on the table, and roll it out with a rolling pin into a circle.

Wash and slice the plums. Arrange them on the dough, and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
