Crescent rolls with condensed milk
Description
Crescent rolls with condensed milk are a very tasty treat and a perfect accompaniment to tea. We’ve grown quite lazy and stopped baking all sorts of goodies. But baking treats like this is actually not difficult at all! You can use all kinds of fillings for the filling—jams, preserves, and anything you like! Good luck. You can serve them with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix soft room-temperature butter with cottage cheese.
- 2
Step 2

Add nutmeg.
- 3
Step 3

Mix until smooth, then add the flour.
- 4
Step 4

Knead the dough.
- 5
Step 5

Divide the dough into 6–8 pieces (depending on the size of crescent rolls you want).
- 6
Step 6

Roll each piece into a circle and divide it into 8 equal parts. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each part.
- 7
Step 7

Roll each wedge into a tube from the wide side toward the small corner. Then place the crescents on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 8

After the crescents have been baking for about 5 minutes, remove the baking sheet, sprinkle the crescents with cinnamon, and return them to the oven. Once the crescents are fully baked, take them out and let them rest for about 5 minutes. Then you can transfer them to a nice serving dish. Done!
