
Rogaliki with Nutella
Description
You can make such delicious rogaliki with any yeast dough. The main thing is to pinch the edges tightly and let them proof well so the filling does not leak. The easiest way to cut the dough is with a pizza knife. Baking is done. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for making rogaliki with Nutella.

Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder and salt, vanillin, and mix.

Add the yeast and sugar to half the milk and water and stir.

Place in a warm spot for 20 minutes for the preferment to rise. The mixture should multiply several times and turn into foam.

Combine the leftover milk and water, break an egg into the mixture, and stir.

Add vegetable oil and starter to the milk mixture and stir.

Add sifted flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture.

Knead a soft, non-sticky, smooth dough. Place it in a deep bowl and cover.

Place in a warm place for 40–60 minutes to rise.

Lay the risen dough out on a floured surface, divide into two portions, and shape each into balls. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Roll each into a circle 0.7 millimetres thick and cut into segments.

Spread chocolate paste along the wide edge of the triangles. Roll the rugelach from the wide edge toward the narrow one. Pinch the edges closed so the filling does not leak out.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the crescents on it. Place in a warm spot for 20–30 minutes to rise.

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes at 180°C until done. Remove from the oven, brush with vegetable oil or butter, and let stand for 5–10 minutes.
