Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The butter should be cold.

Sift the flour, mix it with sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Rub the cold butter into the flour and mix until crumbs form.

Combine the sour cream with the egg.

Add this mixture to the flour and knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cover the raisins with hot water for 20 minutes, then drain the water and dry them well. Grind the walnuts in a mortar with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Combine the nuts and the raisins.

Divide the chilled dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a 4 mm thick sheet and cut into 12 pieces. Place the raisin and nut filling on the wider side and roll into a croissant.
