
Horn-shaped buns with halva
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preparing these rolls is very simple, yet the result is excellent. The dough turns out perfectly every time, for everyone. If you don't like halva, thick jam or preserves will work just as well. These soft, crispy rolls are perfect with milk, tea, or coffee. They make a great afternoon snack or a treat during the day. Serve chilled.

Beat the eggs with salt.

Add warm milk and melted butter.

Add yeast and brandy. Dry yeast can be replaced with fresh yeast. You will need 15 grams.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the dough.

Knead a soft dough, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours.

Then divide the dough into several equal parts. Roll each part into a circle. Cut the circle into eight triangles.

Place halva on each triangle.

Roll the croissants from the wide end to the narrow end. Place them in a baking pan. Sprinkle the croissants with sugar. Let them rise for 15–20 minutes.

Bake the croissants in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
