Rogaliki with prunes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Find out. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take out the dough in advance and thaw it. Roll it out into a sheet up to one centimeter thick, then cut it into triangles using a pizza cutter.
- 2
Step 2

Place a teaspoon of brown sugar and a few nuts on the base of each triangle.
- 3
Step 3

Soak the prunes in boiling water first. Then dry them and place on top of the sugar and nuts. Roll up the crescent.
- 4
Step 4

I recommend making the dough triangle wider so that the sugar doesn't leak out during baking and the bottom of the roll doesn't burn.
- 5
Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the crescent rolls on a floured baking sheet and bake for about 8–12 minutes. Mine were ready in 10 minutes!

Step 6

This is what the croissants look like from the side. You can dust them with powdered sugar before serving, but be sure to let them cool completely first.
