
Crescent rolls from puff pastry

Prepare puff pastry, jam, and an egg for brushing the rolls. The jam should be thick so it doesn't leak out. Remove the pastry from its packaging and thaw at room temperature.

Unroll the thawed dough; there's no need to roll it out. Cut out a circle. Divide the circle into 8 pieces.

Place half a teaspoon of jam on the edge of each triangle. Roll up each triangle into a small roll with the edge of the dough facing down. This will prevent them from unrolling during baking.

Brush the rolls with egg and place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
