Croissants
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. Since I don't have as much time for cooking as I'd like, yet I absolutely love homemade baked goods, I try to find very simple and quick recipes. Today I'm sharing one of them—how to make "Minutka" crescent rolls. Of course, their biggest advantage is the fast preparation time, but I also love them because they aren't overly sweet. If you choose a slightly tart jam for the filling, the result is even better. Having tested this "Minutka" crescent roll recipe many times, I can confidently say that these pastries always turn out delicious and aromatic, no matter what filling you choose. The baking is done. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, pour sour cream into a bowl and add baking powder, then mix everything together.
- 2
Step 2

In another bowl, sift the flour and rub it with softened butter until it resembles crumbs.
- 3
Step 3

Now we combine the sour cream with the flour mixture and knead a soft, elastic dough, then divide it into 4-5 parts. Ideally, the finished dough should be placed in the freezer for at least half an hour, but since I don't always have time for that, I proceed immediately to rolling it out.
- 4
Step 4

Take one ball of dough and roll it out into a circle, then cut it into 8 equal pieces.
- 5
Step 5

On the wide side of each piece, place any filling of your choice.
- 6
Step 6

Roll up the dough with the filling into a roll.
- 7
Step 7

Then grease the pan (if it's not non-stick) with oil and place the croissants on it.
- 8
Step 8

Bake the croissants for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees, then transfer them to a plate and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
