
Rye yeast flatbreads baked in the oven

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sift the rye and wheat flour into a deep bowl.

Add salt and dry yeast. Stir.

Dissolve honey in warm water.

Pour the resulting mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Then add the vegetable oil.

Knead a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

Knead the dough and divide it into 6 balls.

Roll each piece into a thick flatbread. Brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for half an hour. Then bake the flatbreads in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
