Bring the sauce to a boil over medium heat. On a neighboring burner, bring the broth to a boil.

Add the rice and mix.

When the rice starts absorbing the sauce and the mixture begins to thicken, add a ladle of broth.

Stir frequently so the rice doesn't stick to the pot.

When the rice begins to swell, add another ladle of broth, but keep the mixture rather thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook the rice until done (about 20 minutes), but do not overcook it.

When the rice is ready, add the eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
