    1. Peel the onion, wash it, and chop into small cubes. Turn on the multicooker, set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. Fry the onion until golden brown.

    2. Crush the garlic with a knife to make the dish more aromatic. Add to the onion. Fry for another minute.

    3. If the mushrooms are fresh—clean, wash, and cut into cubes. If frozen—thaw, drain the liquid. Then add them to the onion and sauté thoroughly.

    4. Add the rice to the mushrooms and onions, sauté for a couple of minutes. Then pour the wine into the multicooker container, stirring until it has completely evaporated.

    5. Pour the cream into the rice, add water and broth. Stir occasionally and cook the rice until done. Switch to "Simmering" mode, set the time for 15 minutes. Close the lid and wait until the time is up.

    6. 5 minutes before the risotto is done, add grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well and add chopped fresh herbs if desired. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
