Description
Risotto with wine is a dish for a quick dinner, as it is relatively fast and very easy to prepare. It has a pleasant creamy flavor with mushroom notes. Not only mushrooms like button mushrooms, but also porcini or chanterelles can be used. Delicious and very filling.

Prepare the ingredients for making risotto.

Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop. Place in a frying pan or saucepan.

Fry the onion, stirring, for 7-8 minutes.

Then add the sliced mushrooms.

Cook the risotto, gradually adding chicken broth and stirring. The rice should become tender and increase in volume. The broth with wine should evaporate. If the liquid evaporates but the rice is not yet cooked, add more broth.
