
Shrimp risotto in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for shrimp risotto cooked in a multicooker. You can make risotto just with shrimp, but why not add other seafood such as mussels, octopus, or squid? This makes a wonderful dish for lunch or dinner. Good luck! Serve hot.

Bring water to a boil, add all the seafood, lemon slices, allspice, and dill (if available). Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Chop the onion and garlic, add a little rosemary and thyme.

Melt the butter in the bowl of a multicooker.

Place the rice and mix with butter. Add onion, garlic, and spices. Pour in half of the broth and half a cup of wine. Cook on the "Pilaf" setting.

After 10 minutes, add the grated cheese and cooked seafood. After another 10 minutes, pour in the remaining broth. Continue cooking until the program ends, approximately 30 minutes.
