Rice soup with meatballs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Those who don't like this soup probably haven't tried it. For example, I always thought I couldn't stand tomato soups—I was served a tasteless soup made from boiled tomatoes at kindergarten. But it turns out that using tomato paste makes a completely different flavor! And meatballs are a special favorite of mine, so I'll tell you about them. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. For meatballs, mix the minced meat, salt, cinnamon, and pepper, then add bulgur.
- 2
Step 2

2. If bulgur is not available, it can be replaced with breadcrumbs or soaked bread, as for meatballs. Shape into nice little meatballs. Meanwhile, bring the broth with tomato paste to a boil.

Step 3

3. Once it comes to a boil, add the meatballs and rinsed rice. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the rice is cooked. Add the spices at the very end.

Step 4

4. That's it! Add a few drops of lemon juice to each serving plate before serving, or add a couple of tablespoons directly to the pot right after turning off the heat.
