
Rice pudding with bananas
Description
Adjust the sweetness of the dessert to your taste. You can use less or more sugar, but keep in mind that the caramelized bananas will add extra sweetness to the pudding. The pudding can be prepared in one large dish or in individual ramekins.

To prepare rice pudding, gather the ingredients. Use milk with 3.2-4% fat content. Bananas are optional.

Rinse the rice under running water, transfer to a saucepan. Add water, salt, and lemon juice.

Place the cookware over heat. Bring the water to a boil, cover the pan with a lid, and reduce the heat. Cook the rice for 10 minutes.

Pour warm milk into the cooked rice, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil.
