Rice casserole with cheese
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. Before starting preparation, cook the rice thoroughly—either in a pot or a multicooker. It's better to use two types of cheese with different flavors; this will make the final dish more interesting. Besides mushrooms, you can add other vegetables or replace them with meat or smoked meats. Serve with tea or coffee.
