Rice drink
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Horchata is a very common beverage in Latin American countries, in France ("orxata"), Malta, and Italy ("orzata"). It can be made from tiger nuts (chufa), any long-grain rice, or sesame seeds. Instead of sugar, you can add honey, maple or cane syrup, agave syrup, or stevia. Horchata comes in various flavors: coffee, coconut, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and nut. It is served hot or cold, generously sprinkled with ground cinnamon. Serve it chilled.
