
Rice rolls

1. Peel and rinse the shrimp. Mix the thinly sliced fillet with the washed shrimp. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, and starch. Pour the resulting mixture over the chicken and shrimp. Leave for 10–15 minutes. Put the shiitake mushrooms in a bowl, cover with cold water, leave for 10–20 minutes, then place them on a paper towel.

2. Peel the onion and dice it. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and sauté the onion, then the mushrooms, add the marinated shrimp with chicken fillet, mix, and simmer everything for 2-7 minutes.

3. Boil the glass noodles, drain them in a colander, then transfer them to the pan with the shrimp, chicken, and mushrooms, and mix. Slice the cucumber and green onion into thin strips. Brush a sheet of rice paper with water, then place a little of the pan contents, cucumber, and onion on it.

4. Roll up the rolls. You can additionally fry the rolls in a pan. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
