Description
These buns are perfect with tea or coffee if spread with butter or jam. And if you make them unsweetened, they are great for sandwiches or as a substitute for bread. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Add hot water to the rice flour, stir, and let it cool to room temperature.

Pour in warm water, add sugar and yeast. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

Add yeast, salt, and oil to the rice mixture. Stir until smooth.

Add the flour and knead a soft dough.

Set the multicooker to 40 degrees and place the dough in the bowl. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
