Step 1

1. Pour the cream into a saucepan and place over heat. As soon as it begins to boil, reduce the heat and immediately add the broken chocolate.
- 2
Step 2

2. Thoroughly mix everything until smooth, remove from heat and let cool. Then transfer to the refrigerator or freezer.
- 3
Step 3

3. In a separate saucepan, mix sugar, rice flour, and water.
- 4
Step 4

4. Mix until smooth (preferably with a whisk or blender) and place over heat.
- 5
Step 5

5. The resulting mixture thickens very quickly.
- 6
Step 6

6. Lumps may appear, but that's not a problem. Lift the container with the mixture over the heat and continue stirring; as a result, you'll get a white, sticky mass.
- 7
Step 7

7. Sprinkle the table surface with starch and pour the freshly obtained mass onto it.
- 8
Step 8

8. Wait for it to cool, then generously sprinkle starch on top.
- 9
Step 9

9. Cut a piece from the total mass and roll it out to a thickness of about three millimeters. Place the chocolate filling inside, bring up the edges, and seal them well so that the filling does not leak out.

Step 10

10. Roll into a ball or shape the mixture into a round form. Try to smooth out the seams. Line a plate with parchment paper and place the formed balls on it. The pastries are ready!
