Rice porridge in a pressure cooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Any type of rice works well for cooking. I used long-grain rice since that was the only kind I had in my pantry. It's best to use whole or medium-fat milk, but not skim milk. This way, the porridge will turn out rich and delicious. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the rice in cold water. Do this by changing the water each time until it becomes clear. Place the rinsed rice into the buttered inner pot of a pressure cooker.

Step 2

Then add water and milk. The more milk and less water you use, the richer the porridge will be. Sometimes I cook a very "milky" porridge: I pour in 4 cups of milk and 1 cup of water. Today I used roughly equal proportions of water and milk. Then add sugar to taste and a small amount of salt (about a teaspoon).
