Rice porridge with pork
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. When I cook rice with meat, it resembles pilaf, especially since there are many variations of its preparation. The distinctive feature of this dish is that I mince the meat, making the porridge more homogeneous in consistency. The dish can be served with fresh or roasted vegetables, herbs, or any salad. The ready dish can be served at the table.
