A fairly budget-friendly and simple dish to prepare. You can cook it in a thick-bottomed pot, a high-sided skillet, or a sauté pan. I usually use short-grain rice, but you can make it with any rice you have on hand. I think you're already curious to see it,

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion and carrots.

    Rinse the rice several times, then cover with clean water and set aside for 30-40 minutes.

    Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. First sauté the onion, then the carrot.

    While the vegetables are frying, cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes. Add to the pan, stir, and season with salt to taste. When each piece of chicken turns light in color, add the rice.
