
Rice with meat in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Rice with meat is always delicious, filling, and absolutely simple. Depending on the rice variety used, the rice will turn out either fluffy or slightly creamy in texture. The vegetables and spices complement each other perfectly and enhance the flavor of the meat and rice. You can add your favorite spices or dried herbs if desired. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking rice with meat in a multicooker. Peel and rinse the carrots, garlic, and onion. Wash the tomato and dry it. Rinse the pork and pat it dry with paper towels.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and place it in the multicooker bowl.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the carrots.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl with the vegetables, mix and cook in "Sauté" mode for 10 minutes, stirring.

Cut the pork into medium cubes and add to the vegetables. Cook in "Sauté" mode for 10-15 minutes, without covering. Stir the mixture 2-3 times during this time.
