Rice with seafood and vegetables
Description
Why not paella? First, saffron is not used here; instead, turmeric provides a pleasant color. Second, it's not cooked in a special pan—any pan will do. Third, you don't need to use only special rice; any type will work. Choose any seafood that's easiest to obtain—frozen or fresh is fine. Serve the dish immediately after cooking.
