
Rice with chicken mince and tomatoes
Description

1. First, prepare the base. Boil rice in salted water for about 5 minutes. Wash the chicken fillet, pass it through a meat grinder, and mix with the rice. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Place in a frying pan and sauté slightly. Then add grated carrot and sauté as well. Mix thoroughly, adding salt and pepper to taste.

2. Add the egg to the minced meat, mix well, and shape into small balls. Heat oil in a frying pan and sear the balls on high heat until browned on all sides.

3. Prepare a heatproof dish and transfer the fried balls into it. If desired, a regular saucepan can be used in the recipe for cooking rice with chicken mince, so that instead of baking, the dish can be simmered on the stovetop.
