Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can use any part of the chicken for this dish. The rice can be either round or long-grain. It's better to use higher-fat cream. Serve hot.

    Rinse the rice well, place it in a saucepan. Pour in clean water. Cook the rice for 20-30 minutes.

    Place the meat in a frying pan and fry it for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil.

    Place the onion with the meat. Fry together for 5-7 minutes.
