
Curried rice with shrimp
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest using long-grain basmati rice, which is perfect for this dish, turning out fluffy and very tasty. Peel the onion and carrot, rinse the vegetables and dry them. Cut the onion into small cubes and slice the carrot into strips. Transfer the vegetables to a frying pan, add a spoonful of oil.
