Rice with zucchini in a multicooker
Description
This dish can be prepared in two ways: with significantly more rice than zucchini, so that the vegetable only complements the rice's flavor, or with equal amounts of rice and zucchini—or even more zucchini than rice. The latter is my favorite version. Plain boiled zucchini isn't particularly original on its own, but paired with rice, it turns out excellent. Dill also plays an important role here, adding brightness to this summer dish. Definitely give it a try.
