Revani
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. The preparation of Turkish revani differs slightly from our semolina cake, as the ingredients are mixed in a different order. Hot semolina cake is poured with cold syrup (glaze), which makes revani soft, moist, and incredibly tender! So, have a look. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
