Turnip with mushrooms in the oven
Description
The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. Turnip with mushrooms doesn't take much time to cook and turns out very tasty, similar to a vegetable stew. It can be served as a standalone dish or accompanied by meat or fish. You can use any mushrooms you like; I used frozen boletus, but wild mushrooms work best. Instead of milk, you can use cream, but avoid using butter, as it will make the dish too greasy. The finished dish is ready to be served.
