River trout grilled over charcoal
Description
Any dish cooked over an open fire turns out incredibly delicious, aromatic, and appetizing. This method works not only for trout but for any other fish varieties, as well as meat, vegetables, and seafood. I use spices to taste, and mayonnaise can be replaced with any other sauce or omitted altogether.
