
Recipe for Salting Coho Salmon

First, clean the fish, remove the innards, cut off the fins and head. Cut the prepared fillet into slices thicker than 1 centimeter.

Place the first layer of fish in a bowl, sprinkle with part of the salt and sugar, and lay bay leaves on top. Repeat until all the fish is used.

After that, add sunflower oil to the kizhuch and refrigerate for 24 hours. The next day, peel the onion and slice it into half-moons.
