
Recipe for delicious sweet buns with sugar
Description
If you don't have time to prepare yeast dough, you can use ready-made dough. Buns bake for about 30 minutes together with sugar. Don't forget to brush them with egg both immediately and before putting them into the oven. Together with dough rising, the total preparation time for the buns will take about 3 hours. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. The dough should be made using a starter: dissolve a tablespoon of sugar, two tablespoons of flour, and yeast in warm water. Instead of water, you can use milk, which will make the dough softer and tastier. Mix the yeast well using a whisk. Let the starter sit for 30 minutes in a warm place. Even the flour for the starter should be sifted. When the starter is ready, add sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and the specified amount of flour. Begin kneading the dough. The rising dough should be punched down twice. Always keep it in a warm place and avoid drafts.

2. Then take it out and knead it on the table. When the dough becomes elastic and soft, it is ready for shaping.

3. This recipe yields 12 buns, so divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

4. Roll out each portion quite thinly. If you don't have time to prepare the dough, use ready-made yeast dough. Immediately brush with egg (yolk) and generously sprinkle with sugar. Now roll the dough into a log.

5. Make a small cut in the center. Then unfold the roll into a heart shape. At first, it might seem difficult, but it's not. After making just a few, you'll see how easy it is to prepare these rolls. Place the finished rolls onto a greased baking tray. Brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
