Cider recipe from apple juice

Description
Apple juice is excellent for making cider, as it contains natural sugar that reacts with yeast. It's best to use homemade apple juice, but you can use store-bought juice as long as it's high quality. Serve the finished cider chilled, and store it in a dark, cool place. The beverage is ready to serve.

Pour about 250 milliliters of warm juice into a glass, add dry yeast, and stir well.
