Baked Fish in Batter in the Oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Here’s a great and easy recipe for fish in batter baked in the oven. I use ready-made fish fillets to avoid the hassle of preparation. For this, I take any common fish: catfish, hake, pollock—really, whatever is available. It's incredibly simple to cook. While the fish is baking in the oven, I have enough time to prepare a side dish: potatoes, rice, fresh salad, etc. The finished dish can then be served at the table.
