Description
The recipe won't take much time. These turkey minced cutlets will come in handy even for the busiest homemaker. Cutlets made from minced meat are always tastier, but you can use ground meat instead for an even quicker version. This recipe also includes cauliflower, mustard, and sour cream. Combined, these ingredients give the finished cutlets a wonderful flavor. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. If you don't have ready-made minced meat or prefer to make it yourself, feel free to do so. You can mix turkey with chicken fillet—such patties turn out very tender. I had turkey fillet, which I cut into small cubes, then mixed with eggs, salt, and spices. It's better to grate the onion on a fine grater.

2. Add the remaining ingredients (use non-dry mustard) and knead into a homogeneous mixture.

Step 3

3. The mixture turns out slightly runny (due to the sour cream and cauliflower, which is best minced in a meat grinder or blender). Spoon the patties onto preheated vegetable oil and fry on both sides.

Step 4

While frying, the patties will rise slightly. When you flip them to the second side, cover the pan with a lid so they steam a little.
