Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This is an incredibly delicate purée. Adjust the consistency to your liking—depending on this, you may need less or more cream. As for spices, I prefer salt, black pepper, and a bit of paprika or turmeric. Sometimes I add "Garam masala" seasoning, but then the flavor becomes quite spicy. The finished dish can be served immediately.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into halves or quarters.
