Cookie recipe using molds
Description
For many years, people have been modifying this cookie recipe by adding roasted nuts to the filling, dipping the tops or bottoms in chocolate and poppy seeds. Right now, I use the simplest method of preparing them, so let's get cooking

Mix the flour with the sugar. Rub the butter and margarine into the flour mixture until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Add mayonnaise, eggs, and baking powder to the flour. Knead the dough.

Place small pieces of dough into the mushroom-shaped mold. Close the mold and bake until each cookie turns golden brown.

Remove the cookies from the mold and let them cool. Crush the broken cookies into crumbs.

For the filling, beat the butter together with the condensed milk. Add the cookie crumbs and mix.
